Refund policy

All of our desserts are baked fresh to order. Please review the following refund policy carefully before purchasing.

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request a refund by Saturday at 4pm (orders shipped on Tuesdays). Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it with a photo, and we will help resolve the issue.
